Short and without the legalese: when you write to us through the form, we need your name and e-mail so we can reply. We do nothing else with it, we sell it to nobody and we sign you up to nothing.
Who processes the data

What we collect and why
Only what you type into the form yourself: name, e-mail, company, type of service, rough budget, timing and your message. It serves one purpose — so we can reply and put together a quote.
The legal basis is steps taken prior to entering a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: you approach us with an enquiry and a reply is exactly what you expect. No consent is needed, so we do not pester you for one.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within 12 months. If work does follow, we keep the data for the duration and then for the statutory period covering accounting and tax records (10 years). You can ask for earlier deletion at any point.
Who else sees it
We neither sell nor hand it over for anyone else's purposes. Technically, though, it passes through the services that run our site and mail:
- Vercel — website hosting and the serverless function handling the form.
- Resend — delivering the e-mail with your enquiry to our inbox (Ireland region).
- Google Workspace — the hello@promptpictures.cz mailbox where it lands.
All three act as processors under contract. Where processing happens outside the EU, it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies — which is why no cookie banner jumps at you. Traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies, stores no IP addresses and does not link you across sites. We only see the aggregate: how many people came, from where, and to which pages.
The only thing your browser remembers is your dark or light mode choice. It stays locally on your device, is never sent anywhere, and exists purely so the site looks the way you set it next time.
What you can do about it
You have the right to ask what data we hold, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to receive it in a machine-readable form and to object. Write to hello@promptpictures.cz and we will handle it within a month at the latest, usually much sooner.
If you were unhappy with how we handled it, you can turn to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. Try us first though — it tends to be quicker.
Changes
If anything on the site starts handling data differently, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Nothing is changed retroactively.
